As a beginner, who has never done yoga, I found Jamie to be a perfect match for me! She explains everything so you know what your body should be doing. Her energy is calm and precise, her movements are slow so you can follow, but by no means is yoga easy! Jamie is very passionate about yoga and helping others. I find her words and directions easy to follow; it’s not her fault if I’m not flexible!
